The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. TYPES OF SMS COMMUNICATIONS
If you have consented to receiving text messages from Sunny Way Transport, our staff may text you directly about work matters. These are one-to-one, two-way conversations, not automated or bulk messages. They may include:
Replies to questions or messages you send us
Direct communication with our staff about day-to-day work matters
Follow-up on a message or conversation you started with us
We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk announcement messages through this program.

5. OPT-IN METHOD
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Sunny Way Transport by checking the SMS consent box on the application form at https://sunnywaytrans.com or https://sunnywaytrans.com/nat.
The checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional. It is not required in order to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of any purchase.
6. OPT-OUT METHOD
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your number.
